Russ Jackson

Russ, father of Shane & Jermiah, has over thirty years in the RV business with twenty of those spent at Holiday Rambler. He started out as a line worker in the final finish section making sure that units were ready to be shipped off to dealers. He then became an over the road repair man traveling all over the country taking care of issues that customers had with warranty work, or other damages that were beyond the abilities of local dealers to fix. As he got older he found that he had a talent for making obsolete parts for units, which is what he did until he retired in 2008. Because of his experience with older units, and Mom's desire to not have him in the house underfoot all day, he decided to open a repair shop to keep himself busy.

Jeremiah Jackson

Jeremiah is the driving force to get things done in a timely manner. Although having only eighteen years on production lines, he brings a lot of energy and experience to the team. With over ten years working at Forest River he has experience with all major systems in an RV including LP, water, electrical, and slide out seal systems. He always guarantees deadlines will be met!

Shane Jackson

Shane has worked in the RV industry for over twenty years spending the last ten in management of various departments including chassis prep, shelling and final finish. He has spent a lot of time working closely with quality control managers and is very familiar with RVIA codes and industry standards that come up in RV repair work.

Due to the relationships we have developed over the years with various suppliers we are able to pass huge savings on to our customers.

 

We take pride in our commitment to service, something that is sorely lacking in today's marketplace. One of us will come and check out problems wherever the unit is in order to give our customers an honest evaluation of the problem, and (in most cases) the cost of the repair. We can even transport most units to our shop at no extra charge for our customers. [If the unit is more than 100 miles away we do charge fuel costs to the customer] No matter what a customer needs to have fixed we always do a complete system inspection to ensure the safety of all our customers. This includes the electrical, water, and LP lines. Once the repairs are completed our cleaning team goes over every unit from top to bottom cleaning, not just the reconstruction dirt and debris that is common in many repairs, but the entire unit. There is no way to list every service that we offer, but some of the common repairs that have come to us are:
